First Trip to the Movies!!

We went to the Movie Theater for Sarah Anne's first movie trip!!  We saw Rio and really had a blast!!  There movie was $1 and was first thing this morning, which worked well for us since I wasn't sure how she would do.  We met our friends the Hanleys and Pattersons and Sarah Anne thought she was big stuff eating popcorn and watching the movie!!  I didn't want to take pictures during the movie, but took a few beforehand.

Trip to NC

We went to North Carolina this past weekend and our schedule was packed!!  We went and spent the first night with Matt and Jayna-Beth and Sarah Anne LOVED entertaining them (sadly we forgot to take pictures).  Next, we headed to Clemmons to meet up with my LONG LOST ROOMMATE.  Sarah Anne was pleased to meet Keisha and took to her immediately.  It is amazing that you can go 4 years without seeing someone, but they are still one of your very closest friends!!  After leaving Keisha we headed to Matt's parents where Sarah Anne got to play with her cousins at a family get together.  She had such a blast and still is talking about them and all the fun that she had!!  I didn't do a great job of taking pictures, but at least I have some!!

Who Needs Toys...

we have GLOVES!!!  Bubby gave Sarah Anne two plastic gloves and she uses them for EVERYTHING.  She changes Baby Sally's diaper, just wears them, uses them as shoes, and anything else she can think of.  This morning she woke up and needed to know where the gloves were!  Her imagination and creativity amazes us!!  For not even 2 1/2 she plays and has such a remarkable imagination.  So here is my silly girl with her GLOVES!!

Happy Cow Day!!

It truly is amazing what you will do for free food.  If you know me at all, you know I am willing to do a good amount for free food.  Last year we enjoyed doing Chick-Fil-A Cow Day as a family, this year we decided to bring some friends.  We had a fun play date with Kandice, Isaiah, Baby Naava, Molly, and Jaron then all dressed up and headed out as a "herd of cows".  It was SOOOOOO much fun and Kandice and I were already scheming about our costumes for next year!!  So once again Chick-Fil-A ranks at the top of the Norman's list!!

Bubby and the Zoo

First I have to say, I have the most WONDERFUL parents ever!!  They are so good not only to me, but to Matt and Sarah Anne.  I am VERY VERY blessed!!  That being sad, my sweet Daddy had to teach in Augusta and decided to get up early to come here so that he could take my sweet girl to the zoo and I could rest.  Sarah Anne has talked about little less the last few days and could not WAIT for Bubby to get here.  Don't worry she got up at 5:45 to start looking for him!!  They had a BLAST and I enjoyed my slow paced morning!!

This is where "her baby" is.  She is so sweet, when I am sick she will come and "take" the baby out of my stomach and put it in hers to make me feel better.  Or my favorite, the other day she prayed, "Dear God, Please help Mommy feel ALL BETTER!  Amen."  She is such a sweet girl and will make a wonderful big sister!!

The baby's due date is February 3.  We actually found out while we were in DC, but wanted to wait until we were 10 weeks.  Needless to say we've taken two anniversary trips and during both realized we were expecting!!  Sarah Anne is so ready to be a big sister and will make a great one!!  So now we just wait for February 3!!!
