HAPPY 4th of July!!!! (Rainy Style)

So it has rained a LOT these past few weeks!! The 4th of July was no different, so I quickly came up with some random games and activities for us to do and we had a lot of fun. We had a picnic in the living room, "made" fireworks, and did a lot of other fun things. The next day Grandma and Granddaddy came for a quick visit and then that Saturday we had a fun evening and took the girls to the Blowfish Baseball game. It was a fun 4th weekend!!

Beach House

This summer we also got to go to Edisto for the first time. At first I wasn't sure about it being so far out but it was REALLY nice out there and nice to get away. We went with my parents and my Dad's parents which was a really special, wonderful time! We were on the water with a dock so we set up a crab pool on the dock for the girls to play in, went kayaking, rode bikes, went to the beach, and got to spend time with Amy Monster who Sarah Anne ADORES!!! It was so much fun and I would highly recommend Edisto for a beach trip!!
