Growing up, we always had a birthday party for Jesus, once Amy and I were teenagers we had the kids that we had in nursery come over. This year, Sarah Anne got to have her first birthday party for Jesus and it is a tradition we look forward to continuing. We had a blast with some of her little friends. Each child brought a toy they wanted to give to Jesus for a gift exchange, we played put Baby Jesus in the manger, made cupcakes, and sang "Happy Birthday to Jesus". It was a wonderful way to keep our focus on what is most important during this busy holiday season!
