Thanksgiving 2017

Since 2015, we have run a race in honor of Pops and this year was no different.  This year Becca did her first 5K and made it every single step of the way (there may have been Skittles involved).  Aunt Mary and Uncle Todd also joined us and did it with Sarah Anne, Mama, and Daddy.  Matt and I took Becca and she was able to finish it in 50 minutes.  Amy also ran a race in Nashville at the same time.  This was how we kicked off our Thanksgiving Day and then proceeded to come home, watch the Parade, planned our Black Friday shopping, and ate a yummy friend turkey and lots of other delicious food!   Then early Friday morning we all took off shopping.  As we were in line to go to Belk, the news people were there and I told Becca they were there to record the crazy shopping people, but they skipped recording us.  On our way in Becca says, "so we aren't the crazy people right?"  Matt and I also got to have a night away in Greenville which was amazing and is so fun for us to reminisce and reflect on where we first fell in love.
