Family Pictures

I already shared about the wonderful job the school did honoring my sweet Mama for her wonderful service, but I wanted to share one last thing.  Mrs. Chris contacted me several months before the picnic to coordinate a family picture since we would all be in town.  We were able to keep it a secret until the day before, in fairness to Mama to wrap her head around it.  Ms. Vanessa Kauffman (vanessak.com) took the pictures and they were BEYOND beautiful.  It was so much fun and the shots she got perfectly match the personalities of our family.  This was a sweet and wonderful gift and one that all of us were excited about since we have never been great about taking professional pictures and one I know Mama will always cherish.

Ma Spa Day

My girls have both have the privilege of being "Friendly Frogs" at Union in Mrs. Williams class.  It has been amazing to see how both of them have grown in completely different ways while having the same teacher.  Both girls are so beautiful and have the sweetest personalities and so this year has been very fun and special.  One thing Mrs. Williams does is have a Ma Spa Day where the Mother's are pampered and get to spend time with their sweet child.  Becca and I got to go and she was SO excited.  It made me laugh that the requirement was "comfy clothes" yet both girls at age 5 thought I should wear a fancy dress.  I changed both of their minds though since comfy is more my cup of tea.  Becca was ready to go at 7:30 and didn't understand why we had to wait until 9:00....  I was able to go back and find the pictures of Sarah Anne and I at her Ma Spa Day too along with mine and Becca's.  Such a special and wonderful day!
