2nd Birthday Party for a Special 2 Year Old!!

Our sweet girl has such wonderful friends that they came over on her actual birthday and we were able to have a 2nd 2 year old birthday party!! Sarah Anne is such a sweet wonderful 2 year old and she now tells us exactly what she needs and what we need to do! We are so blessed to have such a wonderful girl!! Here are the pictures!!

We played Pin the Eye on the Monster again. Since they were younger, we decided not to blindfold them. Sarah Anne however remembered the rule and covered her eyes herself!!!!

Birthday Mail from Gigi and Pops!!

Sarah Anne received some birthday mail today and was VERY excited. We opened the door and there was a package from Gigi and Pops. I said oh who is that for and she said ME!!!! Here is the birthday girl opening her mail!!

Monster Party!!

Our big girl's Monster party was a HUGE hit. We had monster egg hunts, pin the eye on the monster, and many other fun monstery things! Sarah Anne's good friends Benjamin and Gabriel were able to join us and she LOVED it!!!

Pre-Party Decorations

We had a monster birthday party for our sweet 2 year old!! Thanks to my sister, we found a great blog on monster parties and were able to re-create some of the ideas. This is all the party planning stuff, I'll post the party pictures soon! Our wonderful friends Wes and Carley helped us create the cupcakes (well really Carley, and Wes kept Matt and Sarah Anne entertained). Here is the pre-monster party preparation!

It's Much Too Pretty of a Day....

So yesterday was a BEAUTIFUL day (as is today, but its nap time now) and it was too pretty to stay inside, especially since it was February 1 and should be snowing instead of in the 70's. So anyway, Sarah Anne and I went outside and she rode her bike and we blew bubbles. She is such a sweet and delightful child. I am constantly amazed at how genuinely sweet she is and such an encourager for only being two!! (Well in a few weeks anyway)...I'll stop rambling on...here are the outdoor adventure pictures!

Great Wolf Lodge

We were very fortunate to join our friends the Gerrald's at the Great Wolf Lodge to celebrate Susannah's birthday. If you have not been there, you should definitely go it is AMAZING and SO MUCH FUN!! Sarah Anne enjoyed the water park and everything else, but her favorite part was waking up everyday and having Benjamin and Gabriel there! She was definitely sad when we woke up this morning and her friends weren't waiting to play with her! Anyway, here are some pictures....
