Life with the Normans: School, Friends, Playdates, Surpises, Car Shows and More

We have had a lot of adventures the last few weeks and I finally decided it was time to post them! The girls and I are continuing to love homeschooling. Becca is actually enjoying school which kind of surprised me, of course she also enjoys running around the room while Sarah Anne and I are working. She is all about the crafts too! We also had lots of fun play dates with friends at the mall and Chick-Fil-A.

On the first day of Sarah Anne's friend's school we got up really early (she was thrilled to be up before 7:00) and took little gifts and put them on their front porches and said a prayer for them. It was really fun and we look forward to hopefully continuing this tradition.

We also went to St. Andrew's Pres car show and the girls and I had a blast. Poor Matt had to put in our new dishwasher, but that ended up being a huge blessing. Our contractor was AWFUL and was absolutely ridiculous with everything, but as a result it caused us to look more closely at what the insurance had given us and there was one thing that the contractor did not do yet was willing to take the money for. As a result, we got to keep it and God provided the money when our dishwasher went out and thankfully Matt was able to put it in!
