Happy St. Patrick's Day!

We are a day early, but since today was a leftover snow day and there was no school my sweet friend Laura and her 2 boys threw a WONDERFUL St. Patrick's Day party! The kids loved playing together, did a rainbow Fruit Loop necklace, a Shamrock clover that reminded them of the 3 parts of God (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit), went on a leprechaun rock hunt, hunted for the leprechaun's treasure hunt, and had a delicious lunch. We are so blessed to have such wonderful friends. It really amazes me when I think back to how we knew no one in Columbia when we moved here, but through God blessing us with such an awesome church we have such close friends and the girls grow up with such fun experiences like St. Patrick's Day parties and here is ours....

Surprise Birthday Fun

So I am a few days behind on this, but Matt's parents generously send the girls birthday money so this year we decided to surprise the girls and let them use their money at Build a Bear. We kept it a surprise, but they were SO excited!! They covered their eyes as they walked in and were glad to pick their own bears and create it. It was a really fun day and we love to spend time with our precious girls whether a fun event or just playing around the house!
