Happy Thanksgiving!!

So it is January 2015, but that's still not too late to post a whole bunch of pictures and go back and do our Thanksgiving post!  There is a reason that I am so far behind, but I will get to that in another post.  For Thanksgiving we got to go to a cabin near Lake Lure with my parents and the part that was the best was that my sister got to meet us there!!  Since she wasn't able to make it down for Christmas it was wonderful and we got to do Christmas early with her.  We went to Chimney Rock, explored the little town around it, went to Hendersonville for a day and explored the bears there, Daddy, Matt, Amy and I ran a 5K Turkey Trot in Hendersonville (it was HILLY!!!!), and explored Asheville on Black Friday.  We played lots of games, went on trail walks, built fires to have s'mores and cook hot dogs, and had a really amazing time.  It was a WONDERFUL Thanksgiving!! (WARNING: There are a LOT of pictures!!)

Halloween 2014

Since Karrie is busy doing Christmas crafts, she is allowing me (Matt) to be the guest blogger for the day. Thanks to good friends and family, we have found a way to turn most holidays or events into week long activities. Between Mom's Time Out, Crooked Creek Park, Charleston and Beaufort, the girls were able to enjoy Halloween in many different ways!
