Tea Party

We were invited by Sarah Anne's sweet friend Addison to a tea party at her house.  My friend Kristin and her Mom did an AMAZING job with the princess and pirate theme tea party.  The only sad thing was Sarah Anne decided to take a trip to Columbus with my Mom, which will be super fun for her, but Becca and I got to go!  I was a little worried about taking my sweet, wonderful, busy and wild girl without my big helper, but I have to say I actually really enjoyed it.  It is nice that Becca gets to pick and choose what she wants to actually do (not just be dragged along by big sis) and it's nice to see her personality and the things she chooses.

So back to the tea party.  It was wonderful.  The kids got to play, make mirrors and masks, had a delicious lunch and cake.  Becca loved playing with her sweet friends and as always I loved getting to talk to my friends!!  It was a wonderful Thursday morning!!

Summer 2014

So obviously I have been a little off with keeping up with our summer.  For July 4th, we went to Charleston and were able to go to Splash Zone (Sarah Anne's favorite), went on boat rides (and tube rides), and watched the fireworks from the boat and we saw several firework shows which was amazing!!  The girls LOVED it!  We also went to Member's night at the zoo.  So here are some pictures from our summer!!
