Our Future Vet....

Ok so not really a vet, but today I decided to play "vet" with Sarah Anne, well not vet as much as boarding and taking care of her random stuffed animals.  She LOVED it and I know her Aunt Amy would be proud.  She seemed a little young to try school although I'm sure that will start soon too!!  Here is the way you take care of your stuffed animals....

Confessions of a Library Addict

So Sarah Anne and I have a confession....we are ADDICTED to the library.  We have been to story time three times this week, but all in the company of our wonderful friends so I don't think it should count against us!  Tuesday we went to the Lexington library and they did a GREAT job.  They had bubbles and balls and Toto was there so Sarah Anne was very pleased!  Wednesday we went to the Irmo library for story time and this time Toto was there along with Isaiah.  Sarah Anne also has made a new friend who also "library hops".  Today was big kid story time at Irmo and Sarah Anne went with her friend Lucy (who is 4).  I was surprised but she did really well and sat in my lap or danced right by me until the end.  Then we went to Chick-Fil-A and Lucy helped Sarah Anne climb up in the playground.  Sarah Anne thinks she is such a big girl and loved playing with Lucy.  So I forgot the camera the first two library days so I only have pictures from today....

Day Trip

This week has been crazy.  Monday Matt got his promotion, Tuesday Mama and Daddy came for a visit, Wednesday Matt didn't have to go until 10 which was VERY nice, and then Thursday we went for a random trip to Aiken to keep Mama company while Daddy taught.  We had a great time and were VERY busy.  We went shopping, met Buddy's teaching friends, got to see Aunt Peggy and Mackie, and went swimming.  We didn't take a ton of pictures because we were on the go but still had a great time!  Sarah Anne was WORN out on the way home and slept the whole way but here are a very pictures from the adventure:

Sarah Anne got a package and was VERY pleased that her friend Whiskers was back with her.  She cracked me up the way she sat Whiskers down and would have serious conversations with him.  Here are the pictures:

A Quick Visit

Nana and Buddy came in for a quick visit on their way to Aiken/Augusta for Daddy to teach a class.  It was really fun and we were able to continue the celebration of Matt's promotion and go to lunch with them.  Of course Sarah Anne got to play with her Nana and Buddy so she was very pleased.  Here are some of the pictures from their adventures!
